Ingredients (for 1 servings)

  • 200 ml OVOBOX liquid egg white
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil (or clarified butter for frying)
  • a few cherry tomatoes
  • 1/3 of a cucumber
  • 1/2 ball of light mozzarella, sliced
  • fresh arugula
  • dried oregano and basil
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation:

  1. Brush a small pan with your chosen fat and heat it up.
