Ingredients (for 4-5 toasts)
- 4–5 slices of any bread (preferably stale)
- 100 ml OVOBOX liquid whole eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- almond flakes
- rapeseed oil
- honey (optional)
Preparation:
- Add OVOBOX liquid whole eggs, sugar, milk, and cinnamon to a bowl.
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
- Heat a pan with a little oil.
- Dip the bread slices on both sides in the mixture, then coat them in almond flakes.
- Fry on both sides until golden brown.
